These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, the Neto Quick Loans mobile application and related services (the "Services") provided by Netonams ("Netonams", "we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of Uganda, and able to enter into a binding contract. You must complete identity (KYC) verification, including National ID verification, before borrowing or transacting.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account, phone number and PIN secure, and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Loans
- Loan offers are subject to eligibility, verification and approval. We may decline any application at our discretion.
- The applicable principal, fees, charges and repayment schedule are shown to you before you accept a loan. By accepting, you agree to repay the full amount on the agreed terms.
- Late or missed repayments may incur charges as disclosed and may affect your ability to borrow again.
- Loans are for lawful personal or business purposes only.
4. Marketplace
Items listed in the marketplace are described as accurately as possible. Prices, availability and delivery terms are shown at checkout. Payment is processed through mobile-money providers. Returns or disputes are handled in line with our support policies — contact us for assistance.
5. Payments
Repayments and purchases are made through licensed mobile-money services (MTN MoMo and Airtel Money). You authorise the relevant transactions when you confirm them. Standard mobile-money charges from your operator may apply.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, not to provide false information, and not to interfere with or attempt to compromise the security of the Services.
7. Intellectual property
The Services, including the Netonams and Neto Quick Loans names, logos and content, are owned by Netonams or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or use them without permission.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netonams is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or where required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time; outstanding loan obligations remain due.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Ugandan courts.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
